AIMedia is the new tool for personalization on the web, proposed by ISoft. From a subtle analysis of the customer's behavior and of his profile, AIMedia proposes an adapted and personalized offer, through web banners and other communication channels.

Analysis of behaviors

The dataset coming from web navigation, the purchases history, the socio-demographical data, once cleansed, feeds a model of specific behavior data.
The analysis engine determine each visitor's profile, to answer to the question "Who is he/she?" and to understand "what does she/he need right now?".

Marketing rules management

The marketing strategy of the market site is defined by a set of rules directly managed by the marketers through simple graphs. The rules set the actions to fire when a customer connects to the site (example: discount on the product X in case of big quantities bought, crossed sales of the product A with the product B...).

Personalized offers generator

Through the user's profile and the type of his/her research on the web site, AIMedia sets the relevant marketing rules and gives a personalized offer through the dynamic creation of a web banners.
